CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
EGI Design can provide complete construction drawings for your remodel. These documents are often required to facilitate permitting. They also provide clear documentation for contractors to bid your project and provide all of the necessary information for the various trades involved to execute the design correctly. If you have already begun work with an architect or builder, we are happy to join your team, respectfully working together to make the design and selection phase a smooth and enjoyable process for all involved.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
EGI Design specifies all of the finishes and fixtures to complete the design. In the years we’ve been remodeling homes we have honed-in on some of the best craftsmen, and material suppliers. We can supply all cabinetry, custom millwork, tile, and decorative fixtures to ensure the quality and integrity of our design. We coordinate delivery of our finish materials to the job site in accordance with our construction schedule and provide all of the trades to complete the design to our standards, ensuring the design intent is actually accomplished!

PROCUREMENT AND STAGING
When it is time to furnish your space EGI Design can manage all ordering and inventory. This allows the transformation of your home to be an exciting and hassle-free experience. We also offer final staging to complete the furnished space with accessories and artwork.
